Cash Pay Rates

Inital Consultation:  $200.00

 During the initial consultation medical, psychological, family, and social history will be explored, a provisional diagnosis is established, and a plan of care is developed with our client.     

Follow-up Appointment: $100.00

During a typical follow up appointment, medication is evaluated for effectiveness and side-effects and therapy occurs. At the end of the appointment, the plan of care is reviewed and adjusted and homework is assigned.
